Videos and stuff

I wonder why this one was labeled 'banned commericals'.

This next one was just plain fun to watch....(I've always liked ducks)
This was in Thailand.

Saw this one on  CBS News this morning.  Cracked me up..

Looks like we're in for another rainy day.  On the plus side, my front (and back) lawns are green and lush looking. I should look around and see if I can locate  pictures I took of the lawns when I first moved in. They need mowing right now, of course, but they're kind of pretty.

Here's some before and after pictures.  Boring, I know. But this is more for me (and Mary and Andy).

There are three trees in this picture although a couple are kind of difficult to see. They all seem to be growing so that's fine. My tree in the front yard was ailing but after Hunter and I pruned it, I think it's coming back again.  It's shown a couple of photos back.

Today I've got  more computer clean-up to attend to, and I may make another button board.  I need to get going on my family history project too.  I've been a bit tired this week. Not sure if it's the weather or if I'm just not sleeping enough.  Weatherman says our temperatures are going up soon so perhaps I'll head outside and see if I can get the area looking better.

Went to the casino yesterday but forgot to take a picture.  Liz is preparing to head off to Alaska soon and Mary N. is heading to Italy today. Joanne just got back from Colorado. And me?  Well, I'm probably going to go to the library.

My sister is stopping in today to see Sammy.  He'll be excited. Especially when Newman walks in. Am betting, though, that Newman won't be all that enthused about the get together. Sammy has a tendency to go overboard in his "glad to see you" routine.  I can hear 'em now...

HEL-LOW NEWMAN!   HEL-LOW  SAMMY!  (that's a Seinfeld line for those who've never watched the show)

Stopped at a Red Box on the way home from the casino yesterday as I wanted to watch "We bought a Zoo" with Matt Damon.  I'd give it a B- or a C+.  It was okay.  Glad I opted to use Red Box instead of Amazon on tv. Price was better. $1.30 vrs $4.33. (with tax)

Well, I'd better get up and get moving around here.  Coffee isn't waking me up the way I hoped it would.  Happy Birthday today to cousin Tiffany Peck in Albany, Oregon; Alyce Hansen in Port Ludlow, and Vivian McSorley in Sequim.
