Examining old pictures

I've been looking closer at photos I've had in my collection and am wondering if this picture

(which has 4 or 5 guys in it that I never noticed before) is work being done on my aunt's house on Clay Street AND if this next picture is another view of the rockery they were working on.  Also noticed two people in this picture I hadn't noticed before.

There's a car parked on the right but I can't see enough of it to figure out if it's the same time period as the old car in the top picture.
